1- Terms for customized website design

Client should provide Logo or other VI material before we start designing the website. If we are asked to design   logo and enterprise VI, extra fee will be charged.
Client should provide full web content, e.g., text, images and/or videos if needed for the site, in required formats.   If we need to convert materials to expected formats, extra fee will be charged.
For one project, we provide maximum 3 website look n feel mockup. We charge extra fee for additional design.
If client comes out with design requirements higher than the agreed design level, we will increase design fee   accordingly and we will notify client of the price raise before we go ahead with designing.
No refund for unsatisfied design.
Client has copyrights of the selected design.

2- Terms for website template based design

Same with above
For template based website design, no mayor layout changes are included. If big changes on layout is needed,   we will charge extra fee.
Client has copyright of the modified template. Copyright of original template belongs to the owner of the template.

3- Terms for applying third party modules/software

If third parity modules/software is applied, all related terms are subject to what is decrypted by owner of third   party module/software.
We charge customization and installation fee of the third party modules/software.
If programming/development is needed to customize a third party modules/software, client is responsible for   copyright/authorization related issues. We charge design and develop fee for adding/modifying the required   features on top of the third party modules/software.
Client has copyright of the customized program.

4- Terms for Free bonus

We offer one year free domain registration and hosting service.
We reserve the right to interpret the specifications of the Free bonus which might vary according to   requirements of the projects.
If we offer Free SEO service to clients, the service is free for first year only. More details about SEO service are   available at SEO Package section.
If client violates our service terms and cause extra expenses on our side, we reserve rights to charge extra fee.
If client wants to enjoy the service after the first year free period, we will charge according to its price or value.

5- Terms for website maintenance

For each project, one customer manager will be assigned to arrange related maintenance works.
For free bonus within free period, we offer maintenance service for free.
If extra expense occurred during the maintenance service, we will charge a fee accordingly.
